What the hell is going on here?A crowd,a weird white minimalist sculpture,and wait,that Cat looks familiar....Yep, that's him....Mr. Mayor!Lookin' good, lookin' tan,lookin' rich!Believe it or not,I was actually invited to this little event,and what a day to unveila whole shitload of Sol LeWitt outdoor sculptures!80 degrees and sunny!Pure white and cubey!Perfect combination!City IcebergThese poor things are going to be COVEREDin, well, you name it....I liked this.Mr. LeWitt,meet Mr. GehryMr. GilbertmeetMr. LeWitt The juxtapositions were great all through the park.This one was weird.I had never seen this work before.People loved it though,and I must say, it grew on me....Pose please!What a cute couple....Weird right?Ah....This is more like it....Even better....Getting pretty amazing....Me like.Draining allowed.Climbing, not so much....These poor bastards are going to be just, well,it's NYC,it's downtown.they are white, young, and fresh....It's going to beugly....Eh....I like the band of fresh sod around it best....Let the desecration start!GOSEEIT!!!!
